What is Celibacy?
Celibacy can be a choice in life​

or a condition imposed by circumstances.​

While attending a Marriage Weekend, Mike and his wife Annette, listened to the instructor declare, “It is essential that husbands and wives know the things that are important to each other.”
He then addressed the men.​

“Can you name and describe your wife's favorite flower?”

Mike leaned over, touched Annette’s arm gently and whispered,​

“Gold Medal-All-Purpose, Isn't it?”

And thus began Mike's life of celibacy.​

You are a breath of fresh air Leni and another good one. I can relate as a husband who has slept on the couch a time or two also.

Tom and I have been married for 46 years going on to 47. I have never made him sleep on the couch and I never had to either. We have gone to bed blistering angry a few times but have always managed to resolve the arguement. I guess that we are very unusal in that respect. I can only think of two times when we really got angry with one another.

My wife's favorite flower is lilacs. They are real nice and don't last long enough. So why am I celibate?

When you have 10 years under your belt you will learn to appreciate the one you love and keep the weapons she knows how to shoot unloaded!Then you use good sex as the great mediator of all disputes.
