A great customer of mine, I have so much respect for. Her name is Agnes and she has been a great customer of mine. Does pay me on the spot without any complaining at all. She has been a great customer of mine for 13 years and it all started when she handed me an estimate from another shop that wanted to do work that was not needed. I seen it and told her she got screwed big time. I checked it out and was a simple fix, found 3 sensors and 2 fuel injectors unplugged plugging them in which fixed the problem. I called her and she was happy with my work. When she picked her car up, saw I was honest and treated her right which she has come to me ever since for her car repairs. She is 86 years old, her mind is still there and gets around very well. A widow, she lost her husband to heart failure 15 years ago. Seen my Marines flag and thanked me for my service. Told her it changed my life around in the right direction in life, was hanging in the wrong crowd and told me good for me. She had a son like me and he was not lucky, lost him to a drug overdose when he was 21. She found him dead on his bed. Luckily she has a son and daughter that do help her out. Her son and daughter whom I have met also my customers are glad I do not take advantage of her. Agnes, she is a nice lady and does bring me baked good she makes. She saw I love chocolate chip and no bake cookies, she brings me these and they are good. Does bring me pies too that are good.
