A blonde goes to the emergency room with the tip of her left index finger blown off
The doctor on call asks her how it happened.
"Well Dr., if you have to know", she replies, "My boyfriend broke up with me tonight. I was so upset that I decided to kill myself. I went home, grabbed my pistol from my nightstand and put it to my chest.
I thought to myself, you just paid $5000 for that boob job, so I put the gun to my mouth.
