9" clutch disk

In the middle of solving some issues with the motor out of a Thiokol 1202B with the ford industrial 200 ci motor mated to a SM 420 (I think) transmission. Getting ready to put it back together and install it. I noticed the clutch disk had some wear on the rivets. The ones between the springs. My thought is the material is worn down to the point there is no more clearance for those rivets thus wearing on the flywheel. It is very minor at this time but I figure it is best to get it solved before I put it back together. It's is the 9" disk with ten spline measuring 1 1/16" diameter. The part houses in my area only offer a kit (the whole shebang and not just the disk. however, no-one around here has this size disk or kit.
any suggestions on where to look?
Thanks for reading and help!

note the wear that is on half of each rivet which lines up with the marking on the flywheel

thoughts on the condition of the meat left, does it look like it is in need of replacing (rivet wear aside)?

Update:
I took a closer look at the disk. Although the rivets are not exposed, they are right there and I think this is the reason for the other rivets have contacted the flywheel. I tried a transmission shop today to find they are closed enjoying an extended holiday schedule.
I located a Clutch "kit" at one of the part houses. There are differences from theres to mine. The main one is the pressure plate is the type with all the flanges while mine has just the three arms and as I understand it, mine is considered a heavy duty pressure plate. The other difference is the throw out breaking. Mine clips onto the fork with two springs while theirs slips onto the fork.
I should be able to locate the throw out bearing fairly easily.
Question now is do I use the new (non heavy duty) pressure plate or use mine? I'm guessing mine, the heavy duty one, would be better due to the weight of the vehicle and the rolling resistance. It will be a matter of it it all signs up or not.
Lastly is getting the flywheel surfaced. I should be able to find that out tomorrow.
As always, insight and or recommendations are most welcome!
Thanks,
ra

In case anyone is following....
I revisited the transmission shop. Took all the parts in with me. He looked at it and measured a bit. Said he could "probably" source the disk and turn the flywheel but then recommended I hit the road to yet another shop. An hour later, I was there. They were great! After explaining what I was up against, they had the original disk relined in about ten minutes!
Originally I was going to leave the flywheel but yet ten minutes or so later, the guy came out with the flywheel looking like new! Then we looked at the clearances between the inner disk rivets and the flywheel. It was real close. At this time the "old timer" came by and suggested they put it on the lathe and create a recess in the flywheel to account for the rivets. I left it with them and for $20 they would Fedex it back once done.
Went for a hike the next day and came home to find the box! What service!
Capitol clutch and brake in West Sacramento, way to go!
Now I get to put it all back together!

Cool story. Rarely do we run across shops that take such pride in ownership, customer service, and ingenuity/problem solving.

my guy was roger french in colorado springs clutch service wholesale. OUt of business now but yes, knowledgeable shops are going away.

It's the old gummers - like some of us - that have the wealth of experience to draw from. Nowadays a computer tells kids what to do and they can no longer think for themselves. Maybe that's an unfair rationalization but sadly I feel it's generally true anymore.
To me they just say "OK Boomer"....whatevvvver.

Yeah, I have a couple go to auto stores in our area. They do ask year make and model.... but when I tell them it is not an auto and you probably have not heard of this vehicle, these guys/gals are receptive and willing to do a little research work to help me out. I continue to give repeat business to folks like that. Kinda like what we find here!
Cell phones are the "dumming" of America. They are very helpful and resourceful but sometimes.....

Hello Rockaukum. Are you from Mt. Aukum, CA? One of my best friends, passed now, lived there and managed Latchum winery at one time. I also think I have been to the lake in the Sierras in your photo.. Emigrant Wilderness?

SOS,
Been here for over thirty years now, still not a local though. Latchum is still there but I think it was sold a while ago but the facility is still in operation. I have a friend who delivers their wine for them. The photo is actually in the Desolation Wilderness, Twin lakes. Emigrant is a cool place to wander as well. Been in the depths of emigrant wilderness twice now and enjoyed the trips!
