England has similar issues. In England if you fight against the Muslim/Pakistani gang rape groups that targeted approx 1,000,000 white girls you can go to jail. In fact in England if you are the FATHER of a girl who was raped, you can go to jail for trying to save your daughter.
In the USA under the Biden administration, if you PRAY near an abortion clinic, without blocking the entrance to the clinic you can go to jail. President Trump issued "pardons" to many people, including some elderly, for doing just this.
So Germany, jailing people for their opinions, is not standing alone. Insults. Hate speech. But those are defined by the liberal state. So that is dubious on its face.
