300 cid 6 cyl

why not change out to a 4 b cummins . the 300's should be a dime a dozen in wrecking yards. I have a good carbureted model in my back yard but the shipping will kill you

I just replaced my 300 6cyl this weekend. I paid $1395 for a long block with a 3yr warranty installed in a snowcat. It would be a 7yr in a vehicle application but snowcats are considered industrial. I was very impressed with the quality of the rebuild and all it came with. They only charged me $65 to overnight it from Spokane, WA to Anacortes, WA which was a great deal and delivered it to my residence.
