Well, up here, we encounter "Canuks" rather frequently, eh. I knew a goodly number of them.

Oh, yeah, and for a Canuk, a building used to house cars is not pronounced g-ah-raj, nor is it said g-ah-razh rather, it's garraj!

Scary :ohmy:I understood all the signs.

Loved the Labatt Blue commercials, everyone had a blast reading the pick up lines on the bottles. Maybe they would bring them back for Sushi!:yum: (Sorry Sushi hadn't thought about that in years & your the first person that came to mind!!)

Actually I grew up In Pembina, ND an hour south of Winnipeg, MB. Those were great times, the legal drinking age in Canada was 18, but the small town bars up there didn't check your age.

The only thing I never understood was when a Canadian got a "soda" they had to have a straw to drink it.:confused2:

26. You have used your furnace and air conditioner both in the same day. (don't laugh! I did it the other day)

27. You've had to wear a warm jacket with long pants then change to shorts/t-shirt then back to pants and jacket all in the same day. (yep....do that quite frequently)

feel free to add any others you can think of.....
