I have an 2004 Bombardier SW48HY that was running fine on 11/22/23. since i bought it there have been 2 errors on the computer: 1- zero voltage on brake sensor on pedal and 2 - zero voltage on speed pot. These errors were present when i ran it last,.... no issues in operation.
I started with correcting the brake pot first, re-calibrating the sensor as PRINOTH instructed me to do so.
since that calibration; my high gear went from 19mph to 8.1mph. low gear is about 1-2mph where it should be 5-6mph
i replaced the speed pot on the joystick and that error on the computer went away. the speed pot is functioning properly: limiting the speed max based on dial adjustment.
hydraulically i have not modified or touched anything. i dont see any leaks in the tub anywhere.
im not certain the issue is with the brake pedal sensor, could be anything really.
any one that has had a similar issue with Bombardier Prinoth machines: im all ears!
