NADA lists a clean 2003 Camary auto / 4 door at 11,400.
So what are you doing wrong Sushi that you can't sell at 8,300? Your price is right. I know they might deduct for what they consider high milage ...but not $3,000.

Have you advertised it on AutoTrader online?
Have you advertised in the weekly local buy sell and trade mags?
Have you advertised it on Craigslist.org?

Did you ever sell that other car you have?

Sushi, take it to Carmax and see what they will do. They'll buy it from you. There are Carmax lots in Chicago.

That's a GREAT idea. I had not thought of that one! Might not give you ALL that you owe, but maybe you can get out from under it reasonable.

I did 3 weeks ago. They would buy it for $6000 :(

I have in AutoTrader and Craigslist. Since I dont have the title, no one wants to buy it :( They would have to hand over the $8K+ and I would hand over the keys and a promisary note saying they would get the title within 20 days. THENNNNNN my aunt would lend me the money for the difference and I would pay her back gradually.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!?!

Of course nobody will buy the damn car without a title!!!! :chicken:

Oh, SOMEONE would. Just have to find them. Key is everyone has to trust everyone else. Kansas was not a title holding state until a few years ago and it was less hassle to get out from under something like that.

That's it. Now you've ticked me off. I'm coming right over to your house to have it out.
