1984 Bombardier SW48 FA oil change?

I'm looking to change the oil in my old SW48 and can't find my manual. What viscosity should I be using?

I would replace the oil with amzoil power shift oil or some other to-4 tractor oil with a friction modifier for wet clutches or brakes.

Are we talking engine oil or hydraulic oil? The engine oil should be 10W30 if its the same Ford 300 cu. in engine I have. I would use tractor transmission and hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic system.

some where or another I thought I saw mention about changing diff oil in the engine I would recommend 10-30 or preferably a 10 -30 synthetic.that oil will work for either a flat head Chrysler or ohv ford.the recommendation for the flat head will likely be straight 30 ,ut oils have come a long way since that engine was built ,and multi visc oil like 10 30 will preform a lot better.with quicker oiling on start up
