This was found on YouTube and I thought some of you might like to see it.

I am not positivie, but I think it is a 1951 Narrow Gauge B12. It has an unusual window configuration and that is how I dated it. It appears to be one of the last of the wood bodied units before they shifted producted over to sheet metal bodies. And from some of the little bits of detail that you can see in the movie, it looks like it was either lovingly or professionally restored because its got some great finish detail on this unit with nice pin stripes, etc.

The same guy who posted this video has a dozen film clips posted, mostly of antique equipment from old Bombarier/Ski Doo snowmobiles to tractors and stationary engines! :cool2:

Re: 1951 Bombardier Narrow Gauge B12 video clip

The bombardier in that clip is a 1947 bombardier b12cs. It has a metal chassis & the rest is wood. This particular machine is located in Quebec.
If you look up ( bienvenue sur quebec b12 ) Keep a space between each word, & hit the translate button, you can see more pics of this machine & open up a new world of old 'bombers' & old machinery.
The last wooden bodied bombers were built in 1951. After that they were steel.
