1949 Bombardier b12 blower motor

Is it possible to change out the 6 volt blower motor to a universal 12 volt unit
or is there a new 12 volt assembly that can be used that will connect to the defrost hose. Thank you for any help

jimzag there are lots of them B12's up around your way. There is a section about the electrical on these machines on Northerntracks.com. & is based in Manitoba. This site is all about these machines. Below is the section I'm talking about... Hope this helps a little...
