The border is already starting to slam shut. As for the cartels, if I were them I would be packing my bags, taking my money, getting a private flight to anywhere and get the hell out of Dodge.

Looks like President Trump is going to declare a BORDER EMERGENCY and also an ENERGY EMERGENCY and by doing so that will let him & his allies undo some of the damage that Biden has done.
He is also declaring the drug cartels in Mexico as terrorist groups!
Another thing that people didn't see coming but gives him greater ability to fight the Biden orders and the agency policy changes that were designed to hobble the Trump administration. Trump is playing 4 dimensional chess while Biden was playing checkers.
