Maybe Chuck is a family friend and their mom's used him as their babysitter when the 'bodyguard's' were little?
After one of his "encounters," Chuck may well need help disposing of the bodies.
Maybe they are there to restrain him?
This is a man who's parachute didn't open when he jumped out of a plane. I heard he was so mad, he took the 'chute back to the dealer and demanded a refund.
Honestly, I suspect his life insurance carrier may have suggested he have hired help.
In and of himself he is a valuable asset.
