Thiokol Snowcat Tilt Trailer For Sale

I just became the proud owner of a 1975 Thiokol IMP on a 1971 Thiokol tilt trailer.

I do not need the trailer and so I'm looking to sell it for $1000.

The trailer has working lights. Tilt mechanism works. Pintle ring hitch included for towing vehicle included. Wheel bearings will need repack/replacement. The trailer appears to have an electric braking system (with onboard 12V battery) but needs some wiring work to be functional.

Trailer is located in Mukilteo, WA.

Welcome to the Snowcat Forum! My understanding is that you picked up the Imp that was auctioned by Stevens Pass Sewer District a couple weeks ago. I believe Cascade Curmudgeon used that machine, so you may want to tap him for more information on its history. Be sure and post a picture of your new Imp when you have a chance.

Is your trailer still available?

Is one siderail bent? Is the bed usable to haul if it is bent?

Trailer's been sold -- I purchased it a couple weeks ago and it is at the shop now getting a little TLC (wheel bearings, check brakes, & straighten the kink in the bed).
